WG Associates is proud to announce the successful delivery of the EUROLOG Logistics Park to AXA Investment Managers!
Located in the heart of the Communauté de Communes Rives de Moselle, this project is the result of a strong partnership between CATELLA LOGISTIC EUROPE and WG ASSOCIATES, combining our expertise in real estate investment and project development.
EUROLOG consists of two Class A logistics buildings totaling 44.400 sqm:
- A 6.900 sqm cross-dock facility, now fully leased to Kuehne+Nagel
- A 37.500 sqm logistics platform, delivered in September 2024
Built by LYRIS GROUP on a brownfield site, the project reflects our shared commitment to sustainability and land reuse. It has received BREEAM Excellent certification.
Strategically located in France’s Grand Est region, with immediate access to major transport corridors, EUROLOG is ideally positioned for pan-European logistics operations.
