EUROLOG Logistics Park

The reconversion in a new BREEAM Excellent building of the former Stellantis diesel engine factory, undertaken by WG Associates in partnership with Catella Logistic Europe, exemplifies our commitment to ESG principles.

Developed in close cooperation with local public stakeholders, the project generates lasting economic value and job creation for the territory. It also stands as another example of our dedication to transforming industrial brownfields into vibrant, livable spaces that foster new economic activity and quality employment.

Branded as EUROLOG, the site comprises two Class A logistics buildings totaling 44,400 sqm: a 6,900 sqm cross-dock facility and a 37,500 sqm logistics platform
